the inconsistency is mostly technique and admitting that took me about a year
took 32 weeks before i saw anything on oral, roughly twice what the injection took me, we shall see

[edited]coffee is not plain water. i tried it for a month and my results got worse
took mine with breakfast once by accident and that week was a write off
oral was easier on my gut than injecting at what felt like a similar effect, which surprised me
