PIONEER was the original oral semaglutide programme and OASIS looked at the higher oral doses
SNAC does the work
went back to injecting
thirty minutes, no cheating
the inconsistency is mostly technique and admitting that took me about a year
took 8 weeks before i saw anything on oral, roughly twice what the injection took me
did OASIS use the same fasting conditions as the earlier work
the oral disappointed me on the mornings i couldnt manage 30 minutes fasted, which was most of them
technique probably
coffee is not plain water. i tried it for a month and my results got worse
i do 6am with water and eat at 7, thats been my routine for 26 months
mine was patchy too
genuine question went back to injecting because the morning routine was too fragile around shift work
*Janoshik not the other one
slightly off topic but switched from injectable to oral, lost some of the effect, switched back after 15 months
absorption is the variable, not the molecule. same tablet, different morning, different result
did anyone find the oral easier on the gut than the injection
set a timer
about one percent
