splitting a dose made the absorption problem worse rather than better in my own log
#oral-glp1 2025-04-14
- lipase_lore — orforglipron is a small molecule rather than a peptide, which is why the fasting conditions differ 17:28
- lipase_lore — oral was easier on my gut than injecting at what felt like a similar effect, which surprised me, happy to be corrected 17:37
- lipase_lore — took 27 weeks before i saw anything on oral, roughly twice what the injection took me 17:40
- lipase_lore — absorption is the variable, not the molecule. same tablet, different morning, different result 17:43
- blind_submit — i said 6 months ago that my oral results were random, they got consistent once i fixed the water, still working it out 18:42
orforglipron is a small molecule rather than a peptide, which is why the fasting conditions differ
oral was easier on my gut than injecting at what felt like a similar effect, which surprised me, happy to be corrected
took 27 weeks before i saw anything on oral, roughly twice what the injection took me
fasted every morning
absorption is the variable, not the molecule. same tablet, different morning, different result
big mg small dose
while im here PIONEER or OASIS, which one was the higher dose oral
does the 30 minutes start from swallowing or from the water
i take mine at 6am, is 30 minutes really enough
ok so does SNAC do anything other than get it through the stomach
i said 6 months ago that my oral results were random, they got consistent once i fixed the water, still working it out
i use it because needles are a genuine problem for me, not because i think its better
technique probably
PIONEER not OASIS
is the absorption variability why the oral doses look so high
