slightly off topic but i do 6am with water and eat at 7, thats been my routine for 3 months
coffee is not plain water. i tried it for a month and my results got worse
for the archive lost 25kg over 12 months on oral, slower than my injectable stretch, i stuck with it anyway
is the non peptide thing why orforglipron doesnt need the fasting rules
my weekly log on oral is noisier than my injectable log ever was, same scales same mornings
how strict is the 30 minute wait before food for people here
is the plain water rule actually load bearing or is it a formality
big mg small dose
i was wrong about the water amount, i was using a sip and it needs a lot more than that
changed my mind on the plain water rule after reading how SNAC works, its not a formality
whats the bioavailability actually like, i keep seeing about one percent
i keep the tablet by the kettle so i take it before i think about food
absorption is the variable, not the molecule. same tablet, different morning, different result
coffee is not plain water. i tried it for a month and my results got worse
[edited]splitting a dose made the absorption problem worse rather than better in my own log
roughly one percent gets absorbed, which is why the tablet strength looks nothing like an injectable dose
is the absorption variability why the oral doses look so high
OASIS ran under the same sort of fasting conditions, thats not the variable between the two
switched from injectable to oral, lost some of the effect, switched back after 16 months
not a peptide
sorry to jump in plain water only, about half a glass, then nothing for 30 minutes. i follow it exactly
i take mine at 6am, is 30 minutes really enough
went back to injecting because the morning routine was too fragile around shift work
[edited]the non peptide orals are the interesting part of this channel now, not oral semaglutide, for what its worth
my oral results were inconsistent week to week and i eventually decided it was me, not the tablet
mine was patchy too
the 30 minutes starts when you swallow it, and i set a timer because i cannot be trusted
Purity check: no report on file for lot SG-1177. Nothing logged either way.
PIONEER not OASIS
is the inconsistency people report about the drug or about how they take it
how much water exactly, is it a small sip or half a glass
does coffee count as plain water, asking for obvious reasons
