sorry to jump in anyone tracking whether their oral results line up week to week
changed my mind on the plain water rule after reading how SNAC works, its not a formality, for what its worth
[edited]the fasting window is the difference between a dose and a very expensive tablet
tea also does not count, in case anyone was hoping
why is the oral dose in mg so much bigger than the injectable one
took 23 weeks before i saw anything on oral, roughly twice what the injection took me
coffee doesnt count
the oral mg number is bigger because almost none of it gets in, thats the entire reason, i have it written down somewhere
i use it because needles are a genuine problem for me, not because i think its better
PIONEER not OASIS
ruined my breakfast
PIONEER or OASIS, which one was the higher dose oral

ok so splitting a dose made the absorption problem worse rather than better in my own log
oral was easier on my gut than injecting at what felt like a similar effect, which surprised me
absorption is the variable, not the molecule. same tablet, different morning, different result
one percent is the number people quote and the spread around it is the actual story
coming back to this did anyone get consistent results on the oral or is it always patchy
does SNAC do anything other than get it through the stomach
coffee is not plain water. i tried it for a month and my results got worse
did anyone go back to injecting after trying oral
the non peptide agents dose daily without the water ritual, thats the practical difference
anyone dosing oral because of a needle problem rather than preference
set a timer
about one percent
does taking it with any food at all just waste the dose
not a peptide
the oral disappointed me on the mornings i couldnt manage 30 minutes fasted, which was most of them, from memory
technique probably
while im here took mine with breakfast once by accident and that week was a write off
whats the bioavailability actually like, i keep seeing about one percent
