SNAC does the work
anyone dosing oral because of a needle problem rather than preference
switched from injectable to oral, lost some of the effect, switched back after 19 months
anyone tracking whether their oral results line up week to week
OASIS ran under the same sort of fasting conditions, thats not the variable between the two
took mine with breakfast once by accident and that week was a write off
thirty minutes, no cheating
plain water only
my oral results were inconsistent week to week and i eventually decided it was me, not the tablet, ymmv
i keep the tablet by the kettle so i take it before i think about food
the oral disappointed me on the mornings i couldnt manage 30 minutes fasted, which was most of them
genuine question oral was easier on my gut than injecting at what felt like a similar effect, which surprised me
fasted every morning

about one percent
did anyone find the oral easier on the gut than the injection
set a timer
technique probably
how long before the oral did anything measurable for you
how much water exactly, is it a small sip or half a glass
absorption is the variable, not the molecule. same tablet, different morning, different result
does SNAC do anything other than get it through the stomach
went back to injecting
plain water only, about half a glass, then nothing for 30 minutes. i follow it exactly
ruined my breakfast
anyone switched from injectable to oral and kept the same effect
is the non peptide thing why orforglipron doesnt need the fasting rules
follow up why is the oral dose in mg so much bigger than the injectable one
Verification log updated: QYB — evidence added, status unchanged.
took 27 weeks before i saw anything on oral, roughly twice what the injection took me
is the inconsistency people report about the drug or about how they take it
took mine with breakfast once by accident and that week was a write off

slightly off topic but whats the bioavailability actually like, i keep seeing about one percent
is there any point splitting an oral dose
roughly one percent gets absorbed, which is why the tablet strength looks nothing like an injectable dose
i said 16 months ago that my oral results were random, they got consistent once i fixed the water
i use it because needles are a genuine problem for me, not because i think its better
SNAC raises the local pH and protects it long enough to cross, thats its whole job
did anyone go back to injecting after trying oral
sorry to jump in nobody should copy my morning routine, but the timer is the bit i would keep
i do 6am with water and eat at 7, thats been my routine for 2 months
the oral mg number is bigger because almost none of it gets in, thats the entire reason
