Highlights from this day
  • mhra_unlicensed — took 30 weeks before i saw anything on oral, roughly twice what the injection took me 18:32
  • thirty_min_wait — took mine with breakfast once by accident and that week was a write off, still working it out 19:21
  • flint_fills — SNAC raises the local pH and protects it long enough to cross, thats its whole job plain water only, about half a glass, then nothing for 30 minutes. i follow it… 20:07
  • flint_fills — the fasting rule cost me my breakfast routine and thats the real reason people quit the oral 21:28
GG

plain water only, about half a glass, then nothing for 30 minutes. i follow it exactly

CC

while im here switched from injectable to oral, lost some of the effect, switched back after 21 months

fasted every morning

did OASIS use the same fasting conditions as the earlier work

my oral results were inconsistent week to week and i eventually decided it was me, not the tablet

💀6❤️3

slightly off topic but i use it because needles are a genuine problem for me, not because i think its better

MU

took 30 weeks before i saw anything on oral, roughly twice what the injection took me

TM

changed my mind on the plain water rule after reading how SNAC works, its not a formality, not advice obviously

how strict is the 30 minute wait before food for people here

FF

genuine question does the 30 minutes start from swallowing or from the water

does coffee count as plain water, asking for obvious reasons

SNAC raises the local pH and protects it long enough to cross, thats its whole job

CC

coffee is not plain water. i tried it for a month and my results got worse

nobody should copy my morning routine, but the timer is the bit i would keep

CC

the non peptide agents dose daily without the water ritual, thats the practical difference

NW

update on the earlier thing is the inconsistency people report about the drug or about how they take it

FF

roughly one percent gets absorbed, which is why the tablet strength looks nothing like an injectable dose, thats just me

the fasting rule cost me my breakfast routine and thats the real reason people quit the oral
