OASIS ran under the same sort of fasting conditions, thats not the variable between the two
how much water exactly, is it a small sip or half a glass

the oral mg number is bigger because almost none of it gets in, thats the entire reason
the 30 minutes starts when you swallow it, and i set a timer because i cannot be trusted

did anyone get consistent results on the oral or is it always patchy
coffee is not plain water. i tried it for a month and my results got worse, i could be wrong
