[edited]storage for orals is a dry, room temperature problem rather than a cold chain one, thirty minutes, plain water
splitting a dose made the absorption problem worse rather than better in my own log, more water is a deviation

genuine question i was wrong about the water amount, i was using a sip and it needs a lot more than that, the alarm did the work
i keep the tablet by the kettle so i take it before i think about food, the alarm did the work

roughly one percent gets absorbed, which is why the tablet strength looks nothing like an injectable dose, that is the protocol it was studied under
