invoice mismatches happen. check the total against what you actually sent, not against what you meant to send

update from 7 months ago: fees are lower than they were and the discount maths has changed

is there any chargeback route at all

a bank transfer leaves a paper trail and no recourse. people should know both halves of that

the discount pattern is roughly ten percent almost everywhere and it is a real saving at volume
