anyone worked out a recon volume that puts 7.5mg on a round unit mark

- blind_submit — my rule is one concentration for everything so i never have to think about it at 7am 21:03
- u100_pat — update from 25 months ago: switched to a single concentration and have not miscalculated since 21:13
- blind_submit — if you cannot read the mark confidently, your volume is too small. redo it at a lower concentration 21:35
- blind_submit — *PeptideMeter not the other one 21:45
- kev_measures — do not add more bac water to an already reconstituted vial, you have lost track of the concentration 21:52
whats the smallest volume you would trust yourself to measure on a u100
do you let it come to room temp before drawing or draw it cold
my rule is one concentration for everything so i never have to think about it at 7am
pick the volume so your dose is a whole number of units. thats the entire trick

how do you all measure a half unit, or do you just not
if i add 0.5ml to a 40mg vial what concentration am i actually at
bac water
weighing the vial before you reconstitute is the only way to catch an underfill
if you cannot read the mark confidently, your volume is too small. redo it at a lower concentration
*PeptideMeter not the other one
i have never once regretted using a rounder number and a slightly bigger volume
do not add more bac water to an already reconstituted vial, you have lost track of the concentration
does temperature of the bac water matter at all
[edited]nope, redo it
one unit is 0.01ml
ok so im getting bubbles in the barrel every single time, what am i doing wrong
