Highlights from this day
  • VialBot — Batch lookup C-4402: 6 independent reports on file, earliest 2025-06-05. 16:49
  • panel_before_after — if you cannot read the mark confidently, your volume is too small. redo it at a lower concentration, from memory 18:25
  • slow.taper — 15mg in 3ml is 5mg/ml. same numbers as 10 in 2, just more of it 5mg in 2ml gives 2.5mg/ml, 0.25mg is 10 units. good for a starting dose 18:27
  • is_this_forever — a 3ml syringe for the diluent and a u100 for the dose is the setup most people here end up with, anyway 19:06
  • VialBot — Purity check: no report on file for lot D-0718. Nothing logged either way. 19:10

my vial pulled the water in on its own, is that the vacuum or did i do something

nope, redo it

IT

i have never once regretted using a rounder number and a slightly bigger volume

U1

swirl it. do not shake it. the foam is denatured protein and you are not getting it back

follow up 10mg in 2ml is 5mg/ml. so 0.5mg is 0.1ml which is 10 units on a u100

5mg in 2ml gives 2.5mg/ml, 0.25mg is 10 units. good for a starting dose

IT

anyone else find the 15mg vials harder to get fully dissolved than the small ones

a 3ml syringe for the diluent and a u100 for the dose is the setup most people here end up with, anyway

*Janoshik not the other one

whats the smallest volume you would trust yourself to measure on a u100
