work backwards from the doses you will actually use, not from the vial size

list every dose in your titration, divide each by the candidate mg/ml, see which volumes land on whole units

and try to keep the injected volume under about half a millilitre. that is comfort, not chemistry

if two volumes both work, take the smaller one. less water sitting in the fridge for a month
