- per_mg_pete — can i add more bac water later to a vial ive already reconstituted 20:29
if a vial sat at room temp for a day after reconstituting is that a bin
bac not sterile for multi use
i use bac water even for a single-use vial because it stings less, which is not the reason it exists, nothing in here is advice
i keep a spare vial of bac water in the fridge purely so i never rush the maths
weighing the vial before you reconstitute is the only way to catch an underfill, im not a chemist
sterile water is fine for a one-shot vial and there is no bacteriostat to worry about
called it, thats undissolved not cloudy
swirl dont shake
bac water with benzyl alcohol if the vial is going to be opened more than about six times, that is the whole trick really
the vacuum pulling the water in is normal. if it does not pull, the seal has already gone, at 4mg/ml anyway
