my resting rate went up 7 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 5

- vial_ledger — i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch, i think 22:53
- bea_reconstitutes — stepping in 10 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again 23:21
- bea_reconstitutes — update on the earlier thing whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does 23:25
- VialBot — Verification log updated: JEEP — evidence added, status unchanged. 23:28
- bea_reconstitutes — ok so phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan, happy to be corrected 23:31
there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists
i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch, i think
research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing
mine went up too
smaller steps here
i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps
anyone gone above 0.5 and what changed
triple agonist yeah
[edited]how long before people saw the first change at 1.7
reconstituted the 2 vial to 4mg/ml specifically so i could take 0.25 without measuring crumbs
coming back to this is the GI worse than tirzepatide or about the same
TRIUMPH is phase 3
sat at 10 for 8 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up
low and slow
cant feel it honestly
is the phase 2 dosing anywhere near what people here run
stepping in 10 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
unrelated but did the phase 2 plateau or was it still moving at the end
update on the earlier thing whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way
the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does
Verification log updated: JEEP — evidence added, status unchanged.
ok so phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan, happy to be corrected
held at 0.5 for 16 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain
the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here
GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived
no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data
no long term data
glucagon is the new bit
appetite suppression at 2.4 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point
is there any long term safety data at all or is it phase 2 and hope
