the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me
stopped for 18 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time
whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way
anyone gone above 0.5 and what changed
held mine ages
baseline 58
wk 2 61
wk 4 64
wk 6 67
wk 8 66
wk 10 65 (held dose from wk 7)lost 15kg over 14 months at doses well under what the trials used, n of 1 obviously
there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists
phase 2 only
appetite suppression at 2.5 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point
no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data
is the GI worse than tirzepatide or about the same
i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps
stepping in 10 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
unrelated but stopped for 11 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time, happy to be corrected
quick one the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start
Reminder set. I will post here in 5 days.
low and slow
does the glucagon arm explain the heart rate or is that unrelated
*PeptideMeter not the other one
