no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data

- gip_glp_gil — there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists 19:41
- gip_glp_gil — VendorInvestigate came back 99 on one lot and 98.6 on the next from the same CPC, both fine 19:43
- week_zero — the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me, i could be wrong 19:50
- reta_resting_hr — anyone reconstituting 5 vials to 10 so the steps come out smaller 19:55
- customs_owl — buying this is a completely different risk conversation from the licensed compounds and that gets said too rarely 21:49
mine went up too
why does everyone insist on smaller steps here than on the other two
stepping in 1.7 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
triple agonist yeah
there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists
VendorInvestigate came back 99 on one lot and 98.6 on the next from the same CPC, both fine
i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind
my resting rate went up 7 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 4, thats one data point
[edited]how do people square the research use only framing with logging their own use
i said 5 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since
the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me, i could be wrong
unrelated but TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule
energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me, anyway
logging rhr daily
blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect
anyone reconstituting 5 vials to 10 so the steps come out smaller
does the glucagon arm explain the heart rate or is that unrelated
cant feel it honestly
low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom
research use only
whats a sensible starting point, im seeing everything from 0.5 to 2
genuine question is there any long term safety data at all or is it phase 2 and hope
phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan
im at 2.5 and the appetite effect is stronger than i expected, normal
settled by month three
held mine ages
the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does
the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start
slightly off topic but triple agonist meaning GLP-1, GIP and glucagon, have i got that right
did the phase 2 result actually come in higher than the tirzepatide numbers
buying this is a completely different risk conversation from the licensed compounds and that gets said too rarely
TRIUMPH is phase 3
whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way
appetite suppression at 2.5 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point
