VendorInvestigate came back 98.6 on one lot and 99.4 on the next from the same CPC, both fine

🧊1
TA

i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps

lost 23kg over 13 months at doses well under what the trials used
research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing

📉3
RT

phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan, i have it written down somewhere

how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer

watching my heart rate

while im here is the GI worse than tirzepatide or about the same

RT

how do people square the research use only framing with logging their own use

RT

nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is

🤝7🎉17

did anyone come off because of the heart rate

GG

right so whats a sensible starting point, im seeing everything from 0.5 to 2

VB

Verification log updated: CPC — evidence added, status unchanged.

SD

the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial

mine went up too

GG

low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom, ill dig out the number

🤝1👍2
TS

quick one there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists

sorry to jump in i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch

KF

does the glucagon arm explain the heart rate or is that unrelated
held at 1.7 for 17 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain

TS

right so triple agonist meaning GLP-1, GIP and glucagon, have i got that right

GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived

KF

the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here

VB

Purity check: no report on file for lot C-4402. Nothing logged either way.

KF

anyone logging resting heart rate on this

GG

unrelated but is the glucagon arm what people mean by the energy expenditure thing

TT

appetite suppression at 2 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point
