Highlights from this day
  • factory_direct_fi — the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start 22:22
  • factory_direct_fi — im at 10 and the appetite effect is stronger than i expected, normal 22:48
  • factory_direct_fi — Janoshik came back 98.1 on one lot and 99 on the next from the same QST, both fine 22:51
  • lead_time_lars — reconstituted the 30 vial to 5mg/ml specifically so i could take 15 without measuring crumbs, ymmv 22:57
MO

held at 1 for 6 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain

LT

the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial

GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived

the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start

📉1🙏1👍16

phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual

🎉8🤝1😂1

TRIUMPH is phase 3

the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting

is the GI worse than tirzepatide or about the same

GC

nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is
lost 21kg over 3 months at doses well under what the trials used

LL

blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect, thats one data point

research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing

is there any long term safety data at all or is it phase 2 and hope

appetite suppression at 2.4 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point

stopped for 26 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time

stepping in 2.4 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me

watching my heart rate

Janoshik came back 98.1 on one lot and 99 on the next from the same QST, both fine

LT

sat at 0.25 for 4 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up

SS

phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan, not advice obviously

anyone reconstituting 2 vials to 2.5 so the steps come out smaller

SS

does the glucagon arm explain the heart rate or is that unrelated

cant feel it honestly

the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me

energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me, for what its worth

TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule, take that with a pinch of salt

PT

i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch, anyway

i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps

mine went up too

SS

there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists
lost 32kg over 14 months at doses well under what the trials used

🙏13

low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom

*Medutest not the other one

anyone logging resting heart rate on this

phase 2 only
