Highlights from this day
  • apnoea_down_two — phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan 16:01
  • VialBot — Reminder set. I will post here in 9 days. 16:32
  • batch_bandit — phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual, i could be wrong 17:20
  • half_life_hal — held at 7.5 for 9 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain, your mileage will differ 17:32
  • batch_bandit — anyone stayed at 0.5 for months rather than climbing stepping in 12 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again 18:09

ok so low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom

AD

research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing

BB

appetite suppression at 15 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point, thats just me

phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual, i could be wrong

mine went up too

GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived

HL

held at 7.5 for 9 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain, your mileage will differ

AH

my resting rate went up 8 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 20

BB

anyone stayed at 0.5 for months rather than climbing
stepping in 12 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again

does the energy expenditure claim show up as anything you can feel

BB

stopped for 13 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time
