anyone compared their PeptideMeter purity across two different CPC lots

- deadspace — TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule 19:41
- chlorhex — update on the earlier thing the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial 19:54
- thank_you_year_on — while im here is the phase 2 dosing anywhere near what people here run 19:59
- per_mg_pete — triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history 20:49
- VialBot — Batch lookup D-0718: 7 independent reports on file, earliest 2025-02-08. 21:24
TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule
[edited]low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom
ok so i said 2 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since
no long term data
update on the earlier thing the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial
baseline 58
wk 2 61
wk 4 64
wk 6 67
wk 8 66
wk 10 65 (held dose from wk 7)the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start, still working it out
while im here is the phase 2 dosing anywhere near what people here run
i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind, for what its worth
[edited]buying this is a completely different risk conversation from the licensed compounds and that gets said too rarely
stepping in 2.4 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
cant feel it honestly
im at 2 and the appetite effect is stronger than i expected, normal
came off at 2 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it
phase 2 only
the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here
[edited]the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting
whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way
energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me
baseline 58
wk 2 61
wk 4 64
wk 6 67
wk 8 66
wk 10 65 (held dose from wk 7)is TRIUMPH the phase 3 programme
no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data
the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me
triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history
baseline 58
wk 2 61
wk 4 64
wk 6 67
wk 8 66
wk 10 65 (held dose from wk 7)low and slow
research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing
my resting rate went up 3 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 18
for the archive why does everyone insist on smaller steps here than on the other two
how do people square the research use only framing with logging their own use
glucagon is the new bit
[edited]i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch
[edited]Batch lookup D-0718: 7 independent reports on file, earliest 2025-02-08.
triple agonist yeah
sat at 12 for 2 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up
GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived
reconstituted the 10 vial to 2.5mg/ml specifically so i could take 5 without measuring crumbs
stepping in 15 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
anyone tracking blood pressure alongside the heart rate
smaller steps here
did the phase 2 result actually come in higher than the tirzepatide numbers
does the glucagon arm explain the heart rate or is that unrelated
the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does
TRIUMPH is phase 3, from memory
people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two
is the glucagon arm what people mean by the energy expenditure thing
is there any long term safety data at all or is it phase 2 and hope
back after 6 months, has anything actually been published since
triple agonist meaning GLP-1, GIP and glucagon, have i got that right
stopped for 8 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time
did anyone come off because of the heart rate
nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is, ask me again in a month
ok so my resting heart rate is up about 6 bpm, did that settle for anyone
how long before people saw the first change at 15
blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect
