Highlights from this day
  • peak_split — does the glucagon arm explain the heart rate or is that unrelated 18:08
  • peak_split — how do people square the research use only framing with logging their own use 19:54
  • deadspace — right so the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start 20:38
TO

held at 0.5 for 13 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain

people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two

💀1🧪7
TC

for the archive GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived

AA

there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists

unrelated but triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history

Testing queue: 3 submissions open, 23 awaiting dispatch.

PS

coming back to this the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting

PS

back after 3 months, has anything actually been published since

anyone logging resting heart rate on this

research use only

PS

my resting heart rate is up about 6 bpm, did that settle for anyone

DE

is there any long term safety data at all or is it phase 2 and hope
blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect

PS

sat at 5 for 4 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up

came off at 26 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it

*week 27 not week 9

the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does, ask me again in a month

PS

stepping in 0.5 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again

no long term data

👀3

settled by month three

how do people square the research use only framing with logging their own use

SA

coming back to this is the glucagon arm what people mean by the energy expenditure thing

lost 43kg over 19 months at doses well under what the trials used

i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch

😂2

appetite suppression at 2.4 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point, someone check my working

DE

right so the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start

❤️11

update on the earlier thing TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule

TO

did the phase 2 result actually come in higher than the tirzepatide numbers

TO

why does everyone insist on smaller steps here than on the other two
