anyone compared their VendorInvestigate purity across two different SGN lots

💀2❤️11🎉12
TT

buying this is a completely different risk conversation from the licensed compounds and that gets said too rarely, happy to be corrected

BW

came off at 7 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it

TT

the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me

baseline 58
wk 2 61
wk 4 64
wk 6 67
wk 8 66
wk 10 65 (held dose from wk 7)
TO

nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is

BW

did the phase 2 result actually come in higher than the tirzepatide numbers

👀7🎉11
TO

people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two

👀7🧪1
SO

VendorInvestigate came back 98.6 on one lot and 97.4 on the next from the same HJ, both fine

SO

anyone gone above 1.7 and what changed

did anyone come off because of the heart rate

does the glucagon arm explain the heart rate or is that unrelated

*that should say weekly

does the energy expenditure claim show up as anything you can feel

🙏4📉5🧪13

phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan

the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start

research use only

🎉6

whats a sensible starting point, im seeing everything from 0.5 to 2

SO

follow up how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer

🧊10👀12🤝15

lost 14kg over 17 months at doses well under what the trials used

HH

how do people square the research use only framing with logging their own use

TRIUMPH is phase 3

ST

energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me

ok so reconstituted the 5 vial to 10mg/ml specifically so i could take 1.7 without measuring crumbs, i think

TT

triple agonist meaning GLP-1, GIP and glucagon, have i got that right

TT

sat at 15 for 9 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up

update on the earlier thing the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial

the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting

no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data

glucagon is the new bit

🎉8📈1🙏10
TT

appetite suppression at 15 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point

ST

there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists

SS

anyone stayed at 7.5 for months rather than climbing

baseline 58
wk 2 61
wk 4 64
wk 6 67
wk 8 66
wk 10 65 (held dose from wk 7)

TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule

stepping in 1.7 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again

im at 2 and the appetite effect is stronger than i expected, normal

TT

follow up my resting rate went up 3 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 21

BB

right so my resting heart rate is up about 5 bpm, did that settle for anyone

phase 2 only

unrelated but stopped for 8 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time
no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data

TT

phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual

EE

i said 2 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since

slightly off topic but i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch

SF

i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind

SF

research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing

EE

the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does
people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two

EE

sorry to jump in how long before people saw the first change at 12

held mine ages

👀4

the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here

TT

anyone tracking blood pressure alongside the heart rate
