  • endotoxin_ed — im at 10 and the appetite effect is stronger than i expected, normal 21:59
  • abdo_two_inch — for the archive low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom 22:14
  • fake_tracking — anyone gone above 1 and what changed 23:28
UD

the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here

anyone compared their Medutest purity across two different Homopeptide lots

the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting, anyway

LL

whats a sensible starting point, im seeing everything from 0.5 to 2

UD

did anyone come off because of the heart rate

baseline 58
wk 2 61
wk 4 64
wk 6 67
wk 8 66
wk 10 65 (held dose from wk 7)
CC

my resting rate went up 4 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 16, your mileage will differ

settled by month three

does the energy expenditure claim show up as anything you can feel

whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way

UD

i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind

EE

im at 10 and the appetite effect is stronger than i expected, normal

13🧪15

quick one appetite suppression at 2.4 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point, for what its worth

[edited]

triple agonist yeah

📉13🧪1💀7

genuine question the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does, anyway

UD

did the phase 2 result actually come in higher than the tirzepatide numbers

EE

GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived

PeptideMeter came back 99.4 on one lot and 98.1 on the next from the same JEEP, both fine

AT

TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule

for the archive low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom

baseline 58
wk 2 61
wk 4 64
wk 6 67
wk 8 66
wk 10 65 (held dose from wk 7)

people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two

for the archive is TRIUMPH the phase 3 programme

genuine question stopped for 14 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time

glucagon is the new bit

SS

why does everyone insist on smaller steps here than on the other two

VB

Purity check: no report on file for lot E-2205. Nothing logged either way.

CC

blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect

lost 11kg over 12 months at doses well under what the trials used, anyway

AA

how do people square the research use only framing with logging their own use

RR

i said 2 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since
reconstituted the 40 vial to 2mg/ml specifically so i could take 7.5 without measuring crumbs

i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps

for the archive stepping in 10 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again

RR

follow up phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual, anyway

LL

is there any long term safety data at all or is it phase 2 and hope
lost 21kg over 11 months at doses well under what the trials used

FT

unrelated but how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer

[edited]
VB

Testing queue: 7 submissions open, 89 awaiting dispatch.

FT

triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history

[edited]

no long term data

anyone gone above 1 and what changed

🧪16🎉116

mine went up too

FT

nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is
