TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule
#retatrutide 2026-06-27
energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me
triple agonist yeah
low and slow
did anyone come off because of the heart rate
whats a sensible starting point, im seeing everything from 0.5 to 2
no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data
[edited]sorry to jump in how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer
there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists
Medutest came back 98.6 on one lot and 99 on the next from the same SSA, both fine
i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch
anyone compared their Janoshik purity across two different GGPeps lots
cant feel it honestly
stopped for 5 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time
i said 7 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since
reconstituted the 20 vial to 4mg/ml specifically so i could take 0.5 without measuring crumbs, ill dig out the number
phase 2 only
whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way
phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual
logging rhr daily
anyone reconstituting 10 vials to 2 so the steps come out smaller
triple agonist meaning GLP-1, GIP and glucagon, have i got that right
anyone tracking blood pressure alongside the heart rate
did the phase 2 result actually come in higher than the tirzepatide numbers
Batch lookup G-0641: 5 independent reports on file, earliest 2026-01-28.
watching my heart rate
people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two
GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived
the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does
TRIUMPH is phase 3
[edited]low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom
[edited]slightly off topic but anyone stayed at 2.4 for months rather than climbing
how do people square the research use only framing with logging their own use
why does everyone insist on smaller steps here than on the other two
right so the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial
*Janoshik not the other one
phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan
[edited]no long term data
i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind
my resting rate went up 4 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 26
buying this is a completely different risk conversation from the licensed compounds and that gets said too rarely, thats one data point
research use only
back after 25 months, has anything actually been published since
smaller steps here
the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start
held at 7.5 for 5 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain
