SO

held at 0.5 a long time so my appetite came back before my weight moved, by about a fortnight, at every single step

SO

week 25 report the water weight in the first fortnight is real and it comes back the moment you eat normally for two days

WT

one lot, one person, 5 months, and i say so every time i put a number in here, stair steps, not a slope. 2.4 is the ceiling

SD

on the ladder dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters, SELECT was outcomes, not weight
went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down

SD

a population result tells you what happened on average and nothing about what will happen to you, for what its worth

AP

trial reading went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step

AP

the day either side of the interval has never mattered for me and the half life makes that unsurprising, the food noise thing is not on any label
