follow up five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt
vials not pens here
the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that
the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing, i could be wrong
held there too
moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me
how long did the first 12kg take for people at the low doses
coming back to this STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
held at 2 and lost 54lb over 17 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
coming back to this vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong
the plateau hit me at 6 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change
lost about 32kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me
right so whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers
anyone gone from 1.7 straight to 10 or is that too big a jump
STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
