steady state takes weeks
give it four weeks
moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me
update on the earlier thing back after 2 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher
my 20 vial in 2.5ml gives 8mg/ml so 10 lands on 8 units, thats why i picked that volume
[edited]how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week

same dose day
im 2 months in at 12 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing
unrelated but my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong
€94 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials, happy to be corrected
is the plateau at 6 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong
lost about 37kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me
i stayed on 1.7 for 11 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
Assay note: TFC lot C-4402 reported at 98.6% of label content.
steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing
anyone gone from 0.25 straight to 1 or is that too big a jump
held there too
does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one
licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose
anyone compared their 4 vial dosing against the pen increments
Batch lookup SG-1177: 2 independent reports on file, earliest 2024-01-01.
does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four
how many weeks before you noticed anything at 0.25
held at 1.7 and lost 51lb over 9 months, slower than the trials and fine by me, n of 1 obviously
2.4 is the ceiling
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step
the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing
going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution
does moving my dose day by two days matter with a seven day half life
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that
thats STEP 1
genuine question STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping
