lost about 3kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me, not advice obviously

does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker

did anybody find a difference between TFC and pharmacy at the same 12

how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7

NT

vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong

NT

STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping

SF

the plateau hit me at 2 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change, n of 1 obviously

FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure

Trial scheduleWhat most people here do
Step interval4 weeks, fixed4-12 weeks, on symptoms
Holdingprotocol deviationnormal and expected
Top dosereached by designoften never reached
Coming downnot studiedcommon at maintenance

is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4

BR

my 40 vial in 3ml gives 8mg/ml so 12 lands on 12 units, thats why i picked that volume

steady state takes weeks

not the same trial

SF

went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step
