Highlights from this day
  • belfast_bac — does moving my dose day by two days matter with a seven day half life 21:14
  • mg_per_ml — lost about 5kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me 21:38
  • VialBot — Inter-lab diff for lot E-2205: 96.8% vs 99%. Within expected range. 21:47
  • mg_per_ml — did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem 22:01
  • mg_per_ml — changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels 22:46

Purity check: no report on file for lot A-2418. Nothing logged either way.

BD

my PeptideMeter report on the Homopeptide vial came back 96.8 against a certificate saying 98.6

vials not pens here

TT

how long did the first 33kg take for people at the low doses

BD

FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure, ymmv

P2

7 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half, happy to be corrected

P2

how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week

BB

brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel

P2

the plateau hit me at 21 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change

i stayed on 1.7 for 17 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it

👀2

my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem

for the archive steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing

CC

SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial

VB

Inter-lab diff for lot E-2205: 96.8% vs 99%. Within expected range.

P2

i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that

RR

slightly off topic but im at 2.5 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up

anyone gone from 0.25 straight to 10 or is that too big a jump

RR

vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong

mine faded too

MP

is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4

😂5

if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

MP

changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels

not the same trial

same dose day

CC

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters
