how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week
right so licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose
my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything
vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong
the plateau hit me at 24 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem, not advice obviously
the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip, anyway
coming back to this back after 14 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher
is the plateau at 27 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong
unrelated but €55 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials
vials not pens here
STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
[edited]brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel
whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers
seven days ish
held at 2.5 and lost 36lb over 2 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
restarted after 6 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time
went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels
right so did anybody find a difference between SGN and pharmacy at the same 12
| Trial schedule | What most people here do | |
|---|---|---|
| Step interval | 4 weeks, fixed | 4-12 weeks, on symptoms |
| Holding | protocol deviation | normal and expected |
| Top dose | reached by design | often never reached |
| Coming down | not studied | common at maintenance |
unrelated but was FLOW the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up
21 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half, someone check my working
