i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

🔥9👀13😂10

not the same trial

📈14🤝1

half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose

STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping

FF

does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one

⚠️116
WT

the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing

WT

the plateau hit me at 34 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change

the appetite effect faded for me around 24 months and going up fixed it for a while, i think

SF

i stayed on 1.7 for 18 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it

right so what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything

🧪16

seven days ish

🎉1❤️5📉10
PF

SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial

WT

licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose

VV

moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me

🔥1🧊31
WT

held at 2.5 and lost 95lb over 12 months, slower than the trials and fine by me

did anyone hold at 5 longer than four weeks before going up

went too fast once

VV

did anybody find a difference between Homopeptide and pharmacy at the same 7.5

🎉13👀8🧊1

went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down

$94 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials, ymmv

STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers

🎉17

give it four weeks

A1

compounded and brand felt the same to me at 2, which is one person and nothing more
