Highlights from this day
  • half_life_hal — STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping, take that with a pinch of salt 15:53
  • luerlok — right so went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step, i think 16:25
  • swab_dry_first — going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution 17:06
  • lot_number_lou — lost about 11kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me 17:30

STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping, take that with a pinch of salt

coming back to this anyone compared their 8 vial dosing against the pen increments

i held at 2.4 for 7 months and it was the best decision i made

right so went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step, i think

give it four weeks

steady state takes weeks

going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution

LN

STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it

moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me

slower worked better

SD

FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure
