does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one

- freeze_thaw — my Janoshik report on the ERP vial came back 98.6 against a certificate saying 99.2 23:23
- two_ml_two — my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem, ymmv 23:48
- surpass_two — compounded and brand felt the same to me at 10, which is one person and nothing more 23:51
what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything
2.4 is the ceiling
*Janoshik not the other one
vials not pens here
if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule
*VendorInvestigate not the other one
anyone gone from 15 straight to 7.5 or is that too big a jump
12 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half
thats STEP 1
STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
for the archive the appetite effect faded for me around 7 months and going up fixed it for a while
i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication
update on the earlier thing lost about 4kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me, ask me again in a month
my Janoshik report on the ERP vial came back 98.6 against a certificate saying 99.2
for the archive im 20 months in at 0.25 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing
is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4
does moving my dose day by two days matter with a seven day half life
my 30 vial in 5ml gives 8mg/ml so 7.5 lands on 40 units, thats why i picked that volume
how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week
the plateau hit me at 24 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change
same dose day
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem, ymmv
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 10, which is one person and nothing more
| Trial schedule | What most people here do | |
|---|---|---|
| Step interval | 4 weeks, fixed | 4-12 weeks, on symptoms |
| Holding | protocol deviation | normal and expected |
| Top dose | reached by design | often never reached |
| Coming down | not studied | common at maintenance |
dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters
