steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing
my PeptideMeter report on the HJ vial came back 99.2 against a certificate saying 98.1

STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
i held at 1 for 3 months and it was the best decision i made
my PeptideMeter report on the MKM vial came back 99.2 against a certificate saying 99.4, ymmv
back after 10 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher
same dose day
anyone compared their 5 vial dosing against the pen increments
how long did the first 13kg take for people at the low doses
changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels
sorry to jump in the appetite effect faded for me around 23 months and going up fixed it for a while, not advice obviously
sorry to jump in SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial, anyway
vials not pens here
right so does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker
how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week
moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me
STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping
steady state takes weeks
SELECT wasnt weight
Assay note: TFC lot B-0114 reported at 97.4% of label content.
seven days ish
for the archive 22 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half, not advice obviously
the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip, your mileage will differ
update on the earlier thing does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one
anyone gone from 1 straight to 0.5 or is that too big a jump
my 10 vial in 5ml gives 10mg/ml so 12 lands on 5 units, thats why i picked that volume
2.4 is the ceiling
plateaus move
i stayed on 1.7 for 1 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
ok so five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt
does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four
how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7
New independent result logged — TFC, lot A-2418, purity 97.4% (Janoshik).
thats STEP 1
went too fast once
the plateau hit me at 25 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that
