changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels
the appetite effect faded for me around 24 months and going up fixed it for a while

ok so half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose, anyway
did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go
my 10 vial in 3ml gives 10mg/ml so 2 lands on 8 units, thats why i picked that volume
follow up i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that
the plateau hit me at 21 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change

ok so five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt
update on the earlier thing anyone compared their 10 vial dosing against the pen increments
slower worked better
