Highlights from this day
  • warsaw_vial — my 10 vial in 3ml gives 2mg/ml so 0.5 lands on 40 units, thats why i picked that volume steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells… 08:15
  • blind_submit — changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels, not advice obviously 08:30
  • blind_submit — coming back to this if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule 09:20
  • blind_submit — unrelated but i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication 09:32
  • amber_vial — did anybody find a difference between CPC and pharmacy at the same 10 09:37

while im here is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4

my 10 vial in 3ml gives 2mg/ml so 0.5 lands on 40 units, thats why i picked that volume
steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing

BS

changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels, not advice obviously

LL

ok so brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel

BS

right so how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week

i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that, ymmv

mine faded too

SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial

BS

coming back to this if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule

BS

whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers

unrelated but i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

did anybody find a difference between CPC and pharmacy at the same 10
