im 25 months in at 0.5 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing

what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything

give it four weeks

FA

the appetite effect faded for me around 14 months and going up fixed it for a while, thats just me

VV

quick one im at 2.4 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up

TT

moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me

WN

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters, your mileage will differ

WN

steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing, thats just me

is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping

i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that

i held at 1.7 for 6 months and it was the best decision i made

plateaus move

WN

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

PF

genuine question my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything

*that should say weekly

ST

right so 5 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half

2.4 is the ceiling

SB

half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose

FA

anyone gone from 2.5 straight to 10 or is that too big a jump

FA

restarted after 14 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time

held at 2.4 and lost 30lb over 10 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure

VV

i stayed on 1.7 for 16 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
the appetite effect faded for me around 16 months and going up fixed it for a while

VB

Assay note: GL Biochem lot A-2418 reported at 99% of label content.

STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it

VB

VV

my 10 vial in 1ml gives 2.5mg/ml so 5 lands on 40 units, thats why i picked that volume

VV

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication
