back after 25 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher

- apnoea_down_two — my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem 19:49
- vial_ledger — steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing 20:13
- split_dose_sam — coming back to this anyone compared their 4 vial dosing against the pen increments 20:15
- mg_per_ml — im at 2.5 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip 20:42
how long did the first 22kg take for people at the low doses
£240 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials
is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4
*Medutest not the other one
not the same trial
i stayed on 1.7 for 1 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
restarted after 16 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time
give it four weeks
anyone gone from 10 straight to 7.5 or is that too big a jump
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
my 30 vial in 0.5ml gives 2mg/ml so 1.7 lands on 8 units, thats why i picked that volume
licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose
vials not pens here
went too fast once
steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing
wk 1-4 0.25mg
wk 5-10 0.50mg (held 2 extra weeks)
wk 11-14 1.00mg
wk 15-26 1.70mg (held, long)
wk 27+ 2.40mgcoming back to this anyone compared their 4 vial dosing against the pen increments
whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers
seven days ish
[edited]STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping
held at 7.5 and lost 103lb over 5 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
im at 2.5 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up
the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip
thats STEP 1
2 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half, i have it written down somewhere
£38 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials
ok so how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week
steady state takes weeks
five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt
how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7
did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go
