Sunday41 messages10 participantstimes are UTC
Highlights from this day
  • juno_joins — my VendorInvestigate report on the Homopeptide vial came back 97.4 against a certificate saying 99.2 22:26
  • deadspace — went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down 22:36
  • oasis_ola — my 40 vial in 3ml gives 10mg/ml so 0.5 lands on 8 units, thats why i picked that volume 22:49
  • u100_pat — the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip 23:04
  • gip_glp_gil — changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels 23:33
U1

slightly off topic but went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step

DE

sorry to jump in steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing

JJ

my VendorInvestigate report on the Homopeptide vial came back 97.4 against a certificate saying 99.2

JJ

does moving my dose day by two days matter with a seven day half life

vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong

U1

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters

DE

went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down

OO

how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week

the appetite effect faded for me around 15 months and going up fixed it for a while

EE

coming back to this my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

OO

while im here whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers

went too fast once

SELECT wasnt weight

give it four weeks

STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it

VB

Batch lookup B-0329: 9 independent reports on file, earliest 2025-01-08.

same dose day

📈1

seven days ish

U1

moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me

how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7

[edited]

did the STEP 4 withdrawal arm show what i think it showed

restarted after 15 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time, i think

GG

if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule

the plateau hit me at 10 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change, ask me again in a month

GG

held at 2.5 and lost 74lb over 24 months, slower than the trials and fine by me

changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels

EE

my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything
