OO

i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that

OO

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

OO

steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing

RW

went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step

AA

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters

plateaus move

same dose day

AA

3 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half

*VendorInvestigate not the other one

VB

Verification log updated: ERP — evidence added, status unchanged.

AA

what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything

⚠️5🎉2👍13

moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me

AA

went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down, ask me again in a month

give it four weeks

FD

restarted after 24 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time, i think

FD

vials not pens here

Trial scheduleWhat most people here do
Step interval4 weeks, fixed4-12 weeks, on symptoms
Holdingprotocol deviationnormal and expected
Top dosereached by designoften never reached
Coming downnot studiedcommon at maintenance

seven days ish

AN

i stayed on 1.7 for 14 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it

FD

changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels

AN

the plateau hit me at 14 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change

FI

compounded and brand felt the same to me at 2, which is one person and nothing more
