Highlights from this day
  • point_two_five — my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything 22:13
  • dana_titrates — slightly off topic but i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that 22:18
  • split_dose_sam — if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule, still working it out 23:09

right so im at 10 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up

DE

does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one

did the STEP 4 withdrawal arm show what i think it showed

how many weeks before you noticed anything at 7.5

brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel

did anybody find a difference between Homopeptide and pharmacy at the same 2.4

PT

lost about 29kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me

STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it

give it four weeks

the appetite effect faded for me around 12 months and going up fixed it for a while

compounded and brand felt the same to me at 0.5, which is one person and nothing more, thats just me

🤝1

held there too

STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping

mine faded too

not the same trial

€185 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials

CO

my 30 vial in 2ml gives 5mg/ml so 7.5 lands on 10 units, thats why i picked that volume

SD

vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong

VB

Reminder for coa_or_cope: dose day is today. Set 5 days ago.

SD

if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule, still working it out

same dose day

CO

went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step

what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything

QH

the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip

SD

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication
