Highlights from this day
  • VialBot — New independent result logged — FGP, lot G-0641, purity 99% (PeptideMeter). 18:14
  • orfor_watch — half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose 18:26
  • orfor_watch — i stayed on 1.7 for 26 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it, i think 19:19
  • verify_or_dont — SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial 19:49
AA

compounded and brand felt the same to me at 2.4, which is one person and nothing more

LM

my Medutest report on the HJ vial came back 99.2 against a certificate saying 98.6

2.4 is the ceiling

LM

not the same trial

RR

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters

📉4👍1

i held at 7.5 for 6 months and it was the best decision i made

whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers

AA

unrelated but went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down, n of 1 obviously

AA

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

MM

unrelated but £38 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials

TT

what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything

MM

9 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half

FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure

half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose

🙏9😂2

is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping

OW

does moving my dose day by two days matter with a seven day half life

LM

im 5 months in at 2 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing

OW

i stayed on 1.7 for 26 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it, i think

📈6💀13👀15

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

OW

does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four

VO

my 20 vial in 2.5ml gives 5mg/ml so 2.4 lands on 50 units, thats why i picked that volume

VO

🤝17

is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4

🤝3

slower worked better

VO

anyone compared their 2 vial dosing against the pen increments

OW

the plateau hit me at 10 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change

i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that
