Highlights from this day
  • alcohol_hits — if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule 23:05
  • zed_zeroes_in — my VendorInvestigate report on the GGPeps vial came back 98.6 against a certificate saying 97.4 23:07
  • VialBot — Purity check: no report on file for lot H-2814. Nothing logged either way. 23:09
  • VialBot — Reminder for provincial_pat: dose day is today. Set 5 days ago. 23:33
  • third_shift — i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication 23:42

STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping

PP

SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial

😂1

steady state takes weeks

is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4

PP

i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that, anyway

restarted after 2 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time

went too fast once

quick one moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me

vials not pens here

*week 13 not week 6

going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

AH

Purity check: no report on file for lot H-2814. Nothing logged either way.

BB

STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it, for what its worth

my 20 vial in 1.5ml gives 2mg/ml so 1 lands on 40 units, thats why i picked that volume

seven days ish

TS

$55 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials, for what its worth

held at 1.7 and lost 60lb over 21 months, slower than the trials and fine by me

is the plateau at 3 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong

VB

Reminder for provincial_pat: dose day is today. Set 5 days ago.

22 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication
