LT

compounded and brand felt the same to me at 2, which is one person and nothing more

HH

did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go

LT

19 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half

HH

my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem

BS

im 7 months in at 1.7 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing

BS

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

ok so vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong, your mileage will differ

is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4

what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything

anyone compared their 8 vial dosing against the pen increments

the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip, ymmv

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

AO

while im here STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it, happy to be corrected

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters

wk 1-4 0.25mg
wk 5-10 0.50mg (held 2 extra weeks)
wk 11-14 1.00mg
wk 15-26 1.70mg (held, long)
wk 27+ 2.40mg
PF

ok so if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule

PF

coming back to this anyone gone from 0.25 straight to 7.5 or is that too big a jump

LT

thats STEP 1

for the archive moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me

LT

FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure

EE

is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping

VB

Batch lookup B-0114: 8 independent reports on file, earliest 2025-10-16.

LT

slightly off topic but STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers

vials not pens here

TT

is the plateau at 33 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong

STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping

right so was SURMOUNT-1 the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up

TT

steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing

AO

my 20 vial in 3ml gives 5mg/ml so 2 lands on 40 units, thats why i picked that volume

VB

Assay note: QST lot KP-0925 reported at 99.2% of label content.

TT

did anybody find a difference between TFC and pharmacy at the same 10

TT

went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down
