TN

did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go

TN

FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure, ill dig out the number

anyone compared their 8 vial dosing against the pen increments

SS

is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping

does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker

FM

ok so changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels

ok so my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything

right so half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose

my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem

compounded and brand felt the same to me at 0.25, which is one person and nothing more

ZZ

held at 0.5 and lost 74lb over 11 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it

5

im 3 months in at 2.5 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing

brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel

VI

if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule

2.4 is the ceiling

TM

quick one is 2.4 the top or do people go past it

STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it

RT

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

TM

how many weeks before you noticed anything at 7.5
restarted after 18 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time

was SURMOUNT-OSA the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up

🤝5😂3
IS

the appetite effect faded for me around 15 months and going up fixed it for a while

licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose

17

did the STEP 4 withdrawal arm show what i think it showed

TN

the plateau hit me at 5 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change

does moving my dose day by two days matter with a seven day half life
my Medutest report on the QSC vial came back 99.4 against a certificate saying 98.1

ZZ

slightly off topic but is the plateau at 17 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong

lost about 26kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me

IS

i stayed on 1.7 for 17 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it

15 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half, i have it written down somewhere

ZZ

my 40 vial in 2.5ml gives 8mg/ml so 0.25 lands on 12 units, thats why i picked that volume

RT

the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip
i held at 0.25 for 3 months and it was the best decision i made

VI

restarted after 18 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time

BS

went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step
STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping

TN

went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down

STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers

anyone gone from 2.5 straight to 5 or is that too big a jump

slower worked better

TN

£55 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials

held there too
