unrelated but i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that

- lot_number_lou — did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go 09:40
does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four
anyone compared their 10 vial dosing against the pen increments
seven days ish
update on the earlier thing does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker
the appetite effect faded for me around 26 months and going up fixed it for a while
did anyone hold at 15 longer than four weeks before going up
quick one vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong
right so my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
follow up is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4
*Medutest not the other one
i held at 15 for 4 months and it was the best decision i made
went too fast once
how long did the first 40kg take for people at the low doses
did anybody find a difference between Homopeptide and pharmacy at the same 15
five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt, thats just me
mine faded too
not the same trial
was SURPASS-2 the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up
the plateau hit me at 33 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change
the appetite effect faded for me around 16 months and going up fixed it for a while
i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication
lost about 10kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me
im 26 months in at 10 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing
wk 1-4 0.25mg
wk 5-10 0.50mg (held 2 extra weeks)
wk 11-14 1.00mg
wk 15-26 1.70mg (held, long)
wk 27+ 2.40mgis 2.4 the top or do people go past it
$72 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials
does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one
whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers
STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial
how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week
steady state takes weeks
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 1.7, which is one person and nothing more
give it four weeks
if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule
held at 10 and lost 78lb over 1 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
10 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half
did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go
is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping
thats STEP 1
plateaus move
STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
