did the STEP 4 withdrawal arm show what i think it showed

- meal_prep_mick — STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it 19:23
- steady_state_sue — did anybody find a difference between SWB and pharmacy at the same 10 i held at 0.5 for 7 months and it was the best decision i made 19:38
- VialBot — Channel stats, last 30 days: 116 messages from 36 members. 20:54
- two_four_ceiling — back after 16 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher 20:56
- patent_2026 — my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem 21:40
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that
steady state takes weeks
2.4 is the ceiling
going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution
anyone gone from 0.25 straight to 5 or is that too big a jump
anyone compared their 5 vial dosing against the pen increments
STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
vials not pens here
slightly off topic but licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose
went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step
same dose day
did anybody find a difference between SWB and pharmacy at the same 10
i held at 0.5 for 7 months and it was the best decision i made
while im here moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me
my 10 vial in 2.5ml gives 4mg/ml so 0.25 lands on 10 units, thats why i picked that volume, your mileage will differ
plateaus move
my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything
STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four
did anyone hold at 0.5 longer than four weeks before going up
slower worked better
lost about 7kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me
how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7
[edited]i held at 5 for 2 months and it was the best decision i made
does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose, ask me again in a month
went too fast once
steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing, thats one data point
Channel stats, last 30 days: 116 messages from 36 members.
back after 16 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher
mine faded too
seven days ish
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 12, which is one person and nothing more
STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
is 2.4 the top or do people go past it
thats STEP 1
was SELECT the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up
