- coa_or_cope — is the plateau at 17 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong 12:27
- night_pin — compounded and brand felt the same to me at 10, which is one person and nothing more 14:29
- taper_tess — held at 1.7 and lost 65lb over 6 months, slower than the trials and fine by me, someone check my working 15:17
SELECT wasnt weight
is the plateau at 17 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong
restarted after 25 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time
anyone gone from 1.7 straight to 15 or is that too big a jump
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that, thats one data point
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
is 2.4 the top or do people go past it
dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters
follow up was SURMOUNT-1 the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up
the appetite effect faded for me around 16 months and going up fixed it for a while
did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go
right so back after 5 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher
moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me, not advice obviously
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 10, which is one person and nothing more
[edited]wk 1-4 0.25mg
wk 5-10 0.50mg (held 2 extra weeks)
wk 11-14 1.00mg
wk 15-26 1.70mg (held, long)
wk 27+ 2.40mgsteady state takes weeks
[edited]held there too
[edited]how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week
steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing
STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
held at 1.7 and lost 65lb over 6 months, slower than the trials and fine by me, someone check my working
i stayed on 1.7 for 15 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
