my notes say week 28 felt identical to week 3, and i had been convinced it was different, that is a tolerability schedule

- a1c_lag — a missed week was not a restart for me, i carried on and the week after felt like a slightly stronger dose 12:49
i went back down a step after eighteen months and the effect was the same at the lower dose, over sixty eight weeks in the study
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
not sure if this helps but the difference between my best week and my worst week at one dose is bigger than any step change i ever made
some people never feel a fade and some feel it every week, both are in this channel and both are logging honestly
[edited]a missed dose day inside a couple of days is a non event. a week is a different question
about the food noise licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose
week 28 report i went straight back to my old dose after a six week gap and got floored, so i would restart lower now, stair steps, not a slope
sleep is back
five weeks now
stupid question the four week step is a convention from the trial schedules, not a pharmacological boundary
